In the song Tsamba Kuvashakabvu Part 2, Winky D touched on the disputed August 2023 elections in Zimbabwe and also claimed that his songs have been banned on local radio.

These are a group of Zimbabweans across the globe advocating for a meaningful change in their beloved nation and SADC region, they fully understand that the Zimbabwe issue is very complex and above politics, and that it requires all Zimbabweans to come together to deal with the elephant in the room comprehensively! They organised a couple of peaceful impactful demonstrations in South Africa in year 2023. They are going to do more initiatives in year 2024, they will be networking with various individuals and organisations advocating for good governance and democracy in Zimbabwe and Africa at large.
